So, so, so glad to have been able to crack out my pink jeans once again! For years I wasn't a jeans person at all but recently I've been loving them lots but this pink pair is by far my favourite pair. I have a bit of a weird aversion to wearing pastel colours when it isn't sunny so sadly, these are hidden away for most of the year but now we finally seem to be getting some sun, I'm getting as much wear time in as possible. I've had these jeans for around a year now and when I was hauling in Primark the other day (went in to get new trousers and shoes for work, came out with those and so much more, oops) I spotted this jumper. Initially my poor eyes could only pick up the dip dye and my first thought was "whoa, that'd go so well with my lovely jeans" and as I got closer and noticed the skulls, I was completely sold. At only £8 as well, I was hardly gonna say no to this. Skull prints used to make me cringe; they smacked of wannabe punks to me when I was around 15 but now I'm a bit older I'm drawn to them more and more often! Accessories wise, I wasn't really gonna go for any jewelry but I spotted this necklace I've literally never worn in my jewelry box and thought the roses on this one added a sort of "Day of the Dead" vibe to the outfit so I gave it a whirl. Finished off with my beloved pink Missguided bag, I really adore this outfit. Admittedly, I think I should have worn my Vivienne Westwood Melissa's on my feet but I couldn't find them at the time so on the spiky stud shoes went.

My makeup was highly experimental on this day. I wanted to have a play around with some of my newer E.L.F products and get some photographs taken for the blog posts. I actually really loved the combination of using Pink Lemonade on my eyes, lips and cheeks and Spotlight is a lovely little highlighter. I will be talking about these in a little more depth soon in a full review though. My nails didn't really match the outfit at all, but I'm seriously so in love with Peach Melba. It's the perfect spring nail shade and I've been wearing it a lot recently.

Are you a fan of dip dye and skulls?
