Topshop Lipstick in Inhibition [Product Review]

The Topshop Lipstick in the shade Inhibition is the third Topshop lipstick in my collection. My other two are the shades Macaroon and Brighton Rock which  I really like. It's the same with Inhibition, I like this one too. It comes in your standard Topshop Lips packaging. It's not to my personal taste but it's sturdy and keeps my lippy safe in my bag so no complaints there.

The formula isn't perfect. It is slightly drying and it's a weird finish that's not quite matte but now quite as glossy as I like at the moment. It's also one that requires prep before you wear it as is seriously draws attention to any dry patches. That being said it's very long lasting and leaves nice pink stain behind too. With a balm the drying is easy to deal with and with a lip liner, you're not going to get any bleeding.

It's the colour that I really love about this lipstick. A deep purple, it's the perfect gothic lip for me. While not something I wear very often, it's not as scary as I originally thought and I even think it suits me a little bit. If you're looking for an affordable yet decent dark lipstick to try, I'd recommend trying this one.
