At the time of writing this post, I was an Arbonne Independent Consultant. To learn more about what this means, please click here.
Suprisingly, it was actually Arbonne's Sheer Glow Highlighter that first sparked my interest in the brand. At Leeds Blogger Meet, a handful of Arbonne products were passed around and the highlighter was the first one I got my hands on. I was really impressed by the squeezy tube as I'd never had a highlighter in this form before and the sheer delicate pink with teeny, tiny flecks of shimmer in it was so beautiful.
Naturally, it was part of my very first order from the company and when I started using it myself, I realised I liked it just as much as I did from that first impression.
This highlighter is perfect for the day time as the shimmer in it is very, very subtle and not at all over the top. It diffuses the light and gives a nice soft focus effect to your skin, glowing rather than shiny or glittery.
The tube makes it very easy to apply, I simply squeeze out an amount that is about the size of 5 pinheads and then dot it onto each cheekbones, patting it in rather than rubbing it in. Patting stops it disappearing on my skin entirely and then it stays there for a good few hours.
I especially love this highlighter when paired with the Arbonne Bronzer, which I'm wearing in the photo above with the highlighter but have yet to review on this blog.
I'd compared Arbonne's highlight offering to Benefit's High Beam - it's a little thinner in formula but I think this makes application a little easier and less full on than High Beam can be.
