The Arbonne Victoria Lake Palette is one of three stunning palettes the company brought out last year. Each contains four eyeshadows, a cheek colour and a lipstick, making it easy to build a complete makeup look. They are all limited edition and Victoria Lake was launched alongside the Festive Collection.

The design of this palette is exquisite. I love the autumnal coloured leaves and their gold edging. It is very slimline meaning it takes up minimal space in a makeup bag and it feels very professional. As you can see there is a large mirror inside, making it easy to top up on the go - not that you need to!

The four eyeshadows are very, very pigmented and last all day without budging. I find them perfect for a smokey eye look.

The cheek colour, Glisten, is intended to be a highlighter but for someone with quite pale skin, including myself, it acts more as a delicate bronzer, adding a gorgeous winter glow to my makeup looks over Winter.

As for the lipstick that comes alongside the palette, it is one of my favourite yet. A lovely deep berry, it is bang on trend for the colder months and complements the eyshadows in the palette beautifully. It lasts a fair few hours on me, although eating and drinking do affect this time, as one would expect.

Overall, I adore this palette and would recommend it to all smokey eye lovers wanting a luxurious and high quality palette. If you're interested though, you need to hurry: it is on sale for a very limited time now and once it's gone, it's really gone.
