A week after the Blogosphere Christmas Market, I headed back to London for a very different kind of event. After spending one weekend being showered with gifts and samples from generous brands, it was time to give something back to the world.

#BlogosphereChristmas Market 2016

On Bonfire Night, I did something that Past Emily would've hated me for: I went to my first Christmas event of the year. I'm not a massive Christmas person. I don't hate it, but I certainly do enjoy it, I just generally like to wait until December until I start doing anything remotely Christmassy. But this year, things are different. This year, I had a Christmas blogging event to attend!

What I Watched In October

Another month has been and gone, can you believe it? Since moving to Reading in April, 2016 seems to have flown by so past. I feel like I will blink and be writing my what I watched in October 2017 next! October was an interesting month for film and TV for me. I had intended to watch more Halloween/spooky/horror films than I did, but I still gave it a good go.

A Weekend in Center Parcs Longleat Forest - #BloggersInvadeCenterParcs

In October, I was lucky enough to spend the weekend at Center Parcs in Longleat Forest with a group of fab bloggers. When the morning of the 14th finally arrived, I practically leaped out of bed, I was so excited! It felt like I had been counting down for years and I just couldn't quite believe that the day was finally here.

As a child, I went on a few holidays to Center Parcs in Sherwood Forest and I have also been to the one in Elveden Forest before as well. I used to love going when I was a child and some of my fondest memories are with my siblings and cousin, riding through Sherwood Forest on our bikes and having a blast in the swimming pool and rapids. This however was my first time visiting as an adult, my first time at Longleat and my first ever girl's holiday.
